Better Alt-Tab Application Switching

In my quest to improve application swithing on the Mac, I found a very useful Alt-Tab replacement from Microsoft (alas, for Windows). It's creatively called "Alt-Tab Replacement". It (usually) provides a thumbnail window preview of each application. I say "usually" because sometimes the window is blank, but overall, I like it.
